Steuben County Emergency Services and the United Way of the Southern Tier have started up an online page, they’re calling it a Flood Help Page, and that’s for victims to share their needs who want to donate. If you need items, please go to this page and post the items you need. Those wishing to donate can then reach out and provide you with photos and descriptions of items they have to donate.
