Hornell City Hall will be closed on Thursday, June 19, 2025 for Juneteenth. City Hall reopens on Friday June 20, 2025. There will be NO delay in garbage pickup during the week of June 15th. Garbage will be picked up in the City of Hornell and North Hornell on schedule. Residents should put their garbage out on their normal mornings and nights. It is, also, recycling week. The Hornell Public Library will be closed on Thursday, June 19, 2025 and will reopen Friday, June 20, 2025.
