Republican Congresswoman Claudia Tenney today announced her 2025 Second Amendment Protection Plan, reaffirming her commitment to defend the constitutional rights of law-abiding gun owners. Tenney says her plan is combating New York’s Radical Anti-Second Amendment Agenda, is Protecting Privacy and Due Process for Gun Owners, and is Ensuring Access for Law-Abiding Citizens. “Since our Founding, the Second Amendment has guaranteed every American the right to keep and bear arms, a right that ‘shall not be infringed,’ said Tenney. “Yet Democrats in Albany and Washington have done everything they can to criminalize law-abiding gun owners, intrude on our freedoms, and strip away this fundamental right,” said Congresswoman Tenney. “I have fought these unconstitutional attacks at every level of government, from opposing the SAFE Act to leading the amicus brief that helped deliver the landmark Bruen decision before the Supreme Court. My 2025 Second Amendment Protection Plan continues this fight. I will keep standing up for sportsmen, hunters, and law-abiding gun owners across America to ensure our constitutional rights are preserved for generations to come.”
