BATH, NY – State Police have charged Thomas Flynn, 18, of Crescent Street, Hornell, with vehicular manslaughter in the second degree, as well as misdemeanor DWI. Troopers allege that just before 10pm on New Years Eve, Flynn skidded into another lane, went off the road, hit a tree, resulting in the death of Hunter Kolesar, 19, formerly of Alfred Station.
Kolesar died the next day, January 1, from his injuries.
