BATH, NY – Bath Police report the arrest of three suspects from Bath, who are accused of drug possession.
According to Bath Police, Lawrence Rodger was pulled over in a vehicle that had seven bags of heroin, one large bag of synthetic narcotics, and almost $3,000 in cash inside it. Lawrence was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
Afterwards, Roger’s apartment in Bath was investigated by police who had obtained a search warrant, and inside the apartment police found 3.66 ounces of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Christine Stevens, 26, and Robin Gardner, 37, were then charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
