COHOCTON, NY – The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department reports that James Mulcahy of Cohocton, 39, is accused of 3rd degree rape for allegedly having sexual contact with a female, at a community assisted home in Hornellsville last November, when he was working at the home as a counseler.
