NORTH HORNELL NY – The North Hornell Village board met Monday night and discussed the possibility of charging a fee for new electrical services for the village residents who are upgrading or installing new services.
The Village made a resolution that when a resident wants to have a new or upgraded electrical service installed, they must fill out a form from the village to let them know what work is being done, however there will be no fee assessed to the homeowner.
