The Bath Village Police Department reports that two adults from Broome County, were arrested at a gas station in Bath.
Bath Village Police say that’s after the two were reportedly drinking and getting into a domestic dispute inside a vehicle with a 15 year old child present. The child was turned over to a third party.
The parents are facing numerous charges, including DWI and driving without a license.
