HORNELL, NY – Coming up this Saturday, October 18, from 11am-1pm, there will be a No Kings rally. That will be held in Union Square Park at the corner of Genesee and Seneca Streets. From event organizers: “This local event is part of a peaceful, national day of action and mass mobilization in response to the increasing authoritarian excesses and corruption of the Trump regime. They are targeting immigrant families, profiling, arresting and detaining people without warrants; threatening to overtake elections; gutting health care, environmental protections, and education when families need them most; rigging maps to silence voters; ignoring mass shootings at our schools and in our communities; and driving up the cost of living while handing out massive giveaways to billionaire allies, as families struggle.”

The City of Hornell is reviewing our application for a permit to gather in Union Square Park; we will not have final approval until October 16.
⚠️ The Hornell gathering is not yet an official No Kings 2.0 event; we are in the process of registering it as such.
