WELLSVILLE, NY – Officials say there was a violent struggle on Sunday morning on O’Conner Street, Wellsville, during an alleged domestic dispute. Police report, that it ended with injuries and two arrests. Charged are Casey J. Reynolds, age 32 of Wellsville and Tadd M. Baker, age 31 of Wellsville, charging them each with Assault 3rd.
Reynolds and Baker were processed, issued appearance tickets and released. Reynolds is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 29th at 4:30 pm, while Baker is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 19th at 4:30 pm.
Two, perhaps three state trooper’s cars assisted at the scene. The Wellsville police officer was evaluated at Jones Memorial and released. One of the suspects was transported by ambulance to Jones Memorial.
Additional charges are pending.
