HORNELL, NY – On Sunday afternoon, there was an accident on Main Street in Hornell.
According to Hornell Police, Patrick Manning, an 87 year old man, was driving an ice cream truck, and jumped the curb on the corner of Hakes Avenue and Main Street.
The truck struck two vehicles and a building.
There were no injuries reported. Hornell Police say that they were told by the 87 year old man, that the accident happened, because he was choking.
