Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on February 13, 2022, deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kelly J. Decker, age 51, of Beeman Hollow Road, Addison, New York, following an investigation of a reported domestic incident. It is alleged that Decker threatened and struck another person, acted in a manner which was injurious to a child in the home, physically resisted his lawful arrest and attempted to prevent the deputies from performing a duty.
Decker was charged with Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the Second Degree. Mr. Decker was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
