ADDISON, NY – From The Sheriff’s Dept: Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on December 14, 2023, deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Devon J. Hough, age 32, of Sprague Road, Addison, New York, in response to an investigation of a reported domestic incident. It is alleged that Mr. Hough choked another person and then possessed and operated a vehicle which he did not have permission to take or operate. Mr. Hough was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle. Mr. Hough was arraigned in the CentralizedArraignment Court and released.
