FROM THE STEUBEN CO SHERIFF’s DEPT: Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on April 19, 2024, deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tyler L. Mack, age 29, of CR 86, Addison, New York, following an investigation of reported unlawful possession of weapons. It is alleged that Mr. Mack, a convicted felon on NYS Parole, possessed shotguns, a rifle, a handgun and chuka sticks in his residence. Mr. Mack was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, a class D Felony, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, a class E Felony and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree. Mr. Mack was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and remanded to the Jail.
