The Alfred Village Police Department reports the arrest of a teenager from Bradford PA, following a traffic stop on North Main Street just after 2am on March 26th. It is alleged that the teen was driving while intoxicated and had a child less than 15 years of age inside the vehicle. The teen was arrested and charged with Driving while Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving while Intoxicated (E felony) and Engendering the Welfare of a child. The teen was processed and released, set to appear in the Village of Alfred Court on a later date.
The Alfred Village Police Department also reports the arrest of 19-year-old Levi Hemming of Fort Worth, Texas, following an investigation into an alleged incident from the early morning hours on March 26 . Hemming was arrested and charged with Assault in the 2nd degree (D Felony). Hemming was processed and released, set to appear in the Village of Alfred Court on a later date.
