On June 8th, 2024, the Alfred Police Department reports the arrest of 18-year-old Khristian D Wright of Bath NY following a month-long investigation into an assault that took place in the Village of Alfred. The assault took place on April 20th in the area of Mill St, resulting in a subject being transported to a local hospital for injuries. Following the Investigation into this incident, Wright was arrested and charged with Felony Assault in the 2nd Degree (intent to cause serious physical injury). Wright was processed and released on an appearance ticket set to appear in Village Court on a later Date.
On June 10th , 2024 the Alfred Police Department reports the arrest of 29-year-old Daniel Daglish of Alfred NY following an incident that happened on Main St in the Village. It was alleged that Daglish had stolen money out of a handbag while on Main St. Daglish was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny. Daglish was processed and issued an appearance ticket, set to appear in Village Court on a later Date.
