TO PREPARE YOU FOR UPCOMING PHYSICAL FITNESS EXAMS FOR CIVIL SERVICE OR LAW ENFORCEMENT ACADEMIES
Join Alfred State’s P-Fit Program to help achieve physical and emotional health and readiness for a career in Law Enforcement!
Class Dates/Times: Sundays, February 7 – May 9, 2021 from 7:00 – 9:00 a.m. (no class on Sunday, April 4 in observance of the Easter Holiday)
Course Location: Canisteo American Legion, 65 West Main Street, Canisteo, NY
Topics include: Physical fitness guidance, nutrition, motivation, stress management, mental preparedness, the warrior mindset, police awareness and much more.
Cost: $50 per participant (Includes 12 Sunday Sessions)
