ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – State Police report that Donald Bickford Jr, 35 of Friendship, has been charged with Aggravated Harassment 2nd, Harassment 2nd, Resisting Arrest, Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd, and Criminal Mischief 3rd.
According to State Police, they responded to the report of a roadside domestic on Route 19 in the Allegany County Town of Amity. Both parties of the domestic were located in the Town of Friendship. Troopers say that when they attempted to detain Bickford, he physically resisted arrest and kicked one of the Troopers. Bickford was taken into custody and transported to SP Amity for processing. He was arraigned before the Town of Wellsville Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail, $1,000 bail.
