ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – State Police in Allegany County report, that 27 year old Joshua Bentley of the Town of Hume, is accused of: 3rd degree criminal possession of a weapon, 2nd degree menacing with a weapon, 4th degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.
The alleged incident is said to have happened in Ischua.
