BELMONT, NY = Billy Larson Jr is the Allegany County suspect who was convicted one year ago of killing his parents several years ago in Clarksville, that’s between Wellsville and Olean. This case was prosecuted by the Steuben County D.A. Brooks Baker.
Baker says he was In Allegany County court yesterday for a sentencing hearing. Baker also says the hearing was adjourned till July 6th when there will be closing written arguments.
Larson is now back in Allegany County Jail without bail.
