Allegany County District Attorney Ian Jones Reports Two Convictions/Sentencings

Defendant’s Name: Andrew E. Fuller
Address: Friendship, New York
Charges: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance

Court Appearance Date: August 19, 2025
Proceedings: Andrew Fuller has been convicted of possessing nearly 20 grams of methamphetamine which was found subsequent to a traffic stop in Friendship in March of last year. As a result of the conviction, Fuller was sentenced to 5 years in state prison, followed by 3 years of post-release supervision.

Defendant’s Name: Derek Tyler-Lockwood
Address: Alma, New York
Charges: Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree

Court Appearance Date: August 18, 2025
Proceedings: Derek Tyler-Lockwood has been convicted of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree. This conviction stems from law enforcement locating Tyler-Lockwood with a stolen Ford Excursion in the Town of Alma back on January 25, 2025. As a result of this conviction, the defendant will be sent to state prison on a 2-4 year sentence.
