Allegany County Fire Coordinator Bill Day tells WLEA News that there was some flooding Monday night in both Canaseraga and Burns. This was widespread in those two areas and it also the case, that there was heavy rain in Birdsall and in Almond. According to the Fire Coordinator, there is some property damage. There were no fatalities. One person was taken to Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville, after being in the cold water for several minutes.
