BELMONT, NY – The Allegany County District Attorney’s Office reports that 21 year old Aaron Withrow, of the Town of Short Tract, was sentenced to five years probation and halfway house treatment, after Withrow pleaded guilty to 3rd degree robbery.
Withrow was accused of robbing the gas station in Almond, at knifepoint.
