Alstom in Hornell, is sending out another group of high speed rail cars out. This time, the train cars are going to the Penn Coach Yard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to be tested there.
This is the second set of high speed rail cars that Alstom has sent out this year. Back in January, Alsom in Hornell sent out high speed rail cars to be tested in Colorado.
