There is an Amber Alert out statewide, for a nine year old little blond haired girl who was kidnapped at a state park in Saratoga County on Saturday night. Her name is Charlotte Sena. Charlotte is 9 years old, 4”6 tall, 90 pounds, and was last seen wearing an orange Pokemon shirt, dark blue pants and a grey bike helmet. If you think you’ve seen her, please call 9-1-1.
