FROM THE ALLEGANY COUNTY OFFICES: It is with a very heavy heart, that we report the unexpected passing of Emergency Services Dispatcher Chantel Cline. Chantel had been with the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office since 2009. If you ever met Chantel, you never forgot her. She was the ESD that always called it like she saw it. Our dispatch center wil never be the same. Rest in Peace sister, we will take it from here. Our thoughts and prayers are with her entire family.
