Hornell School Superintendent Jeremy Palotti says that the big change to the Hornell High School Code of Conduct is, smart phones, smart watches and similar devices, must be left inside the students lockers during school hours.
Palotti says this is for students in grades 7-12. The superintendent also notes that this rule has always been the case for students Pre-k-6 grade.
