New York gubernatorial candidate Andrew Guilianik, says that New York politicians are going after guns instead of criminals. As violent crime surges in New York City and around the state, Governor Kathy Hochul and Mayor Eric Adams are trying to regulate gun ownership without empowering law enforcement.
“Anyone who believes that gun control is the answer should check out the violent crime statistics in Chicago, where the laws are strict and the shootings are rampant. It’s time to empower police and judges to keep violent criminals behind bars. It’s time to reverse the disastrous bail reform policies that are endangering New Yorkers,” Giuliani said.
