BATH, NY – Larry “Hot Dog” Stephens, has filed another lawsuit in Steuben County Court, against both the Town of Hornellsville and Town Supervisor Ken Isaman.
This new lawsuit, which is the latest in a series of legal actions against Isaman and the town, is in regards to a road issue in Hornellsville.
