One of the top headlines on NYDailynews.com this morning is “You’re Next Pal”.
State Senate Republican Dean Skelos, who is reportedly next on the list of top lawmakers in New York State to be investigated by U.S. Attorney Preet Bhahara. He is the U.S. Attorney who made fraud and corruption charges against Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver.
The News reports that Bhahara will be investigating the outside income of Senator Skelos. Skelos, it should be noted, is an unpopular political figure locally with safe act opponents, who did not like it that Sen. Skelos agreed to bring the Safe Act to the senate floor in 2013.
