ARKPORT, NY – The Arkport Village Board has set their election for two board members and mayor to be on March 19 from 12pm-9pm. The election will be held at the Village Community Room in the Village Hall at 6 Park Avenue.
Additionally, the caucuses for the elections will be held next week. The Democratic Party caucus will be held on January 23 at 7pm, and the Republican Party caucus will be held on January 24 at 6pm. Both caucuses will be held at the Village Community Room.
The Village Clerk’s office also announced that they are expecting to have a working debit/credit card reader in early February. In order to pay via debit/credit card, residents will need to present a form of photo identification that matches the name on the card in order to prevent fraud.
