SCHUYLER COUNTY, NY – WETM reports that the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Department reports that they stopped 37-year old Kevin Tibbits of Arkport and 39-year old Jeffrey Dennis of Hornell on County Route 15 in the Town of Catherine, and that both Tibbits and Dennis were in possession of several items used to manufacture meth.
