CANISTEO, NY – Canisteo Police Chief Kyle Amidon reports that Kevin Tibbits, 43, Arkport, is charged with: Strangluation in the Second Degree, 16 counts of Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, 15 counts of Aggravated Family Offense, Endangering the Welfare Of A Child and Attempted Assault in the Third Degree. Police Chief Amidon says, these charges were made against Tibbits because of alleged incidents that are said to have happened over a two week period.
Hornell Police and the State Parole Board assisted in the investigation.
