NEW YORK – The Asian Wave Alliance (AWA) just endorsed the candidacy of Congressman Lee Zeldin (R, NY-1), the Republican Party and Conservative Party designee for Governor.
“Lee Zeldin was the first gubernatorial candidate to reach out to NYC’s Asian communities and has continued to engage us throughout his candidacy, “ said AWA President Yiatin Chu. “Mr. Zeldin heard our fears on public safety, our children being discriminated against in educational opportunities and our immigrant struggles as small business and property owners, and promised to make our concerns his top priority as Governor. We wholeheartedly endorse Lee Zeldin for Governor in the Republican Primary on June 28.”
