UPDATE: National Fuel says the problem is over, you don’t have to turn down your heat any longer.
The Wellsville Regional News site reports, that National Fuel is telling their customers in Allegany County (and Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua and Cattaragus counties as well) to turn down their thermostat by 5 degrees, until further notice, due to an emergency problem that is happening with their delivery system.
