STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – State Police from Bath report that they are investigating the burglary of a barn located at the intersection of Birdseye Waneta Rd, on County Route 114 and Ridge Rd. in the Town of Wayne. Troopers say that sometime since October 8, unknown subject(s) entered the structure and removed a 2004 Polaris 400 Sportsman 4-wheeler ATV.
