AVOCA, NY – State Troopers in Bath report that 51 year old Lawrence Hough of Avoca, is accused of engaging in sexual acts with three kids who were under the age of 13. According to State Police, these incidents happened over a period of several years. The charge against Hough is Course of Sexual Conduct Against A Child, in the 1st Degree.
Hough is in Steuben County Jail, $50,000 bail.
