HORNELL, NY – Eric Kerr, age 30, was officially sworn in at the Hornell Police Dept. Tuesday afternoon. Kerr, a lifelong Hornell resident and graduate of Hornell High School, will take assignment as badge 385 as soon as he completes the Police Academy. He currently resides on Mays Ave in the city with his fiancé and two young sons.
