Basement Flooding Update

November 6, 2021

BATH, NY – Steuben County Director of Emergency Services Tim Marshall says that the basement flooding in the county has pretty much come to a halt. The emergency services director also says the Cohocton River is now down to being four feet high, which is not perfect, but much better than being 10 feet high, which is what it was, just over a week ago.

It was a week ago today, that Marshall was reporting that there were over 120 basements that had flooded across the county.
