Steuben County Announces Roadside Cleanup Weeks – Free Disposal Opportunity for Municipalities

During this initiative, municipalities will be allowed to dispose of roadside garbage and tires at the Bath Landfill at no charge, with limits of up to 20 tons of garbage and 10 tons of tires.

This program is for roadside cleanup only and does not include house-to-house pickup.

  • The driver must notify the scale attendant they are participating in “Roadside Cleanup Weeks.”
  • Tires, appliances, and scrap metal must be separated before delivery.
