BATH, NY – The Corning Leader is reporting that a 34 year old Bath man is accused of attacking a 73 year old woman during a domestic dispute, and breaking the window of a state police vehicle, after being apprehended.
Troopers report that Jesse Devlieger, who is alleged to have been growing cannibis, was remanded to Steuben County Jail.
