BATH, NY – Steuben County Sheriff Dave Cole reports that Theodore Myers, 70, of the Town of Bath, is accused of trying to pay someone to kill his wife.
Officials say that Myers was recorded, talking to a person about killing his wife, and paying for the crime too.
Myers is in Steuben County Jail, without bail.
