From Bath State Police:
State Police identify the victim in yesterday’s suspicious death. Roberta Parry, age 38, from Kanona, NY was found deceased in her residence that she shared with her boyfriend, Ricky Brooks. State Police after meeting with Steuben County DA, Brooks Baker, arrested Ricky Brooks, age 55, for Murder 2nd Degree. He is being arraigned today.
The investigation is continuing.
