Bath Man Dies After Accident In Greenwood

GREENWOOD, NY – State Police are reporting that Eugene Williams, 66, of Bath, is dead after a two vehicle accident in Greenwood on Saturday.
William’s wife Elizabeth and infant son survived, as did the other driver, Daniel Deming, 70,
of Wellsville.
The accident happened at the intersection of 248 and 417.
Also, at 10am saturday morning on Route 36 in Jasper, an Amish horse and buggy was struck by a vehicle. There were no serious injuries, and no tickets were issued.
