Details of the Incident: On June 18th, 2020 The Canisteo Village Police Department arrested John E. Corcoran (Age 50) of Haverling Street in Bath, New York for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Corcoran was issued appearance tickets to appear in Canisteo Village Court at a later date and time. The incident stemmed off a routine traffic stop on West Main Street in the Village of Canisteo. Canisteo Village Police K9 Dex assisted with the arrest.
