BATH, NY – Bath Police Chief Chad Mullen reports that three suspects were arrested for allegedly selling crystal meth and then, because of the new laws, the three were released within an hour of their arrest. Mullen, an opponent of the new bail reform laws that are going into effect, stated that this is the “New, New York”.
