STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – The Bath V.A. put up a statement on their website, discouraging patients from coming in to the V.A if they have symptoms like sneezing, coughing or fever, Bath V.A. officials also say, if you are sick with these symptoms, stay home and contact your medical provider.
“The CDC and VA are committed to reducing the spread of the flu and COVID-19. If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath – please stay home and contact your primary care provider. Tell them about how you are feeling and any recent travel you or members of your household have taken. They will be able to discuss your appointment options and answer any questions you may have.”
