Belmont, NY — The Belmont American Legion Auxiliary Unit 808 will host a community Meat Raffle on Friday, April 17 at 6:00 PM at the Belmont American Legion Post 808, located at 29 Schuyler Street in Belmont. The event is being organized in partnership with BESTMEATRAFFLES.com and Market in the Square and promises an exciting evening of prizes, music, and community fun.
Guests will have the chance to win a wide variety of premium meat packages—perfect for stocking up for summer grilling and backyard barbecues. The event will feature a professional master of ceremonies, DJ music, basket raffles, gift card raffles, and additional prize drawings throughout the evening.
Doors will open at 6:00 PM, with the first meat pull scheduled for 6:45 PM.Seating for the event is limited to 75 guests, you must call or text 716-909-2601 with your phone number and number of seats together requested, by April 15 th . We will post on our Facebook page if sold out. While admission is free, you will purchase tickets for each round and other raffle items.
“Events like this bring the community together while helping support the mission and programs of the American Legion Auxiliary,” said Shannon Harding, event organizer. “It’s a fun night out where people can enjoy great entertainment and potentially go home with some fantastic meats
for their freezer just in time for BBQ season!”
Local businesses and organizations are also invited to participate by sponsoring a round of the raffle or donating raffle prizes. Sponsors will receive recognition during the event, listing in the event program, acknowledgements on social media, and promotion of the event through local media.
Community members are encouraged to reserve their seats early for what is expected to be a lively and entertaining evening supporting the Belmont American Legion Auxiliary.
