HORNELL, NY – One of the Approved projects for the Downtown Revitalization money Hornell won several years ago in a statewide contest, is going towards Hewan Frazier’s plans for the Landman Building on Main Street. The project is getting Downtown Revitalization money to turn it into::
Five art studios, which Frazier points out will have a major appeal to Alfred students, as well as a dozen apartments and 12 new downtown businesses.
It will be called Ironshore Properties LLC And The Landman Townhouses. 83-93 main Street.
As for the apartments, Frazier says they will be for those who are in the $60,000-$80,000 a year income range
