State Police out of Ithaca report that 11 people have been arrested there, for the kidnapping and murder of a 33 year old Ithaca man, who went missing on August 28th. The ages of the suspects range from 27 years old to 52 years old. Troopers allege that the suspects kidnapped 33 year old Thomas Rath from his Ithaca home, killed Rath behind a store, then buried his body in Tioga County. Most of the suspects have been charged with kidnapping, two of them, with 2nd degree murder. Troopers also say, they’re going to make more arrests in this case.
